Terms of Service

GoldMath is software that provides gram-based double-entry accounting, account tracking, workshop/loss management, reporting, and related features for jewelers. The Service can be used offline (locally) or online (cloud).

• The Service is intended for commercial/business use; the person creating the account must be over 18 and authorized to act on behalf of the business.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and current, and for the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• The Service may include a free trial period and paid plans (monthly/yearly).
• Current plan and pricing information is shown within the Service and on the website; prices may be updated.
• Payments are currently accepted manually, by bank transfer (IBAN) or a designated promotion code. Your plan is activated once payment is confirmed.
• Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable; applicable consumer/commercial law remains reserved.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use it in violation of applicable law or for unauthorized purposes,
• Attempt to breach the security of the Service, reverse-engineer it, or access it without authorization,
• Engage in conduct that overloads the Service or its infrastructure, or disrupts its operation,
• Enter content or transactions that infringe or harm the rights of others.

The accounting and business data you enter into the Service belongs to you. We process this data to provide the Service; see the Privacy Policy for details. The software itself, its brand, design, and all intellectual property rights belong to GoldMath.

The Service may use third-party services such as Sign in with Google. When you use these services, the relevant provider's own terms and privacy policy also apply. How Google data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is". GoldMath is an accounting tool; you are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, your tax/official filings, and your business decisions. The Service does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Regular backup of your data is recommended.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoldMath shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profit. GoldMath's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the date the claim arose.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Data deletion after termination is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Turkey have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We announce material changes through the Service or on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
