Animation: "Oğuz Ege GOLD'a 12 gram 22 ayar bilezik 65 milyem işçilikle verdim" is said to the phone; the form fills in with the account, grams, millesimal fineness, and labor. Once saved, the transaction lands on the account page on the desktop, the balance updates, and the receipt comes out of the printer.

01/08Features

The jeweler's own accounting, in the jeweler's own language

Fine gold grams, fineness, santim, loss, labor — it keeps the jeweler's accounts in the jeweler's own language; distinctions with no equivalent in general-purpose accounting software are built into GoldMath from the ground up.

Gram-Based Fine Gold Accounting

Every gold movement is recorded in 24-karat fine grams, using double-entry bookkeeping logic. Fineness conversion happens automatically on every line and is kept to two-decimal precision (916.22); balances and the balance sheet update themselves with every transaction.

22-karat or 14-karat, it's all one language: fine grams. The ledger always stays in balance.

Labor Never Mixes With Gold

A labor charge is created automatically after every gold transaction, calculated either in santim mode (a per-piece labor rate: piece count × santim) or fineness mode (weight × fineness). Labor sits in its own account, in grams or TRY, and appears as a separate line on the balance sheet, in profit-and-loss, and on the receipt.

The jeweler's most important revenue line doesn't get lost inside the gold account; it's tracked as its own line item.

Workshop & Loss Tracking

Gold given to the craftsman and gold returned from the craftsman are compared week by week; the loss percentage is calculated automatically and shows green, yellow, or red against your threshold. You get a notification when the threshold is exceeded. Ten workshop types, each with its own loss threshold.

The missing grams are based on calculation, not guesswork; loss is recorded in the ledger as an expense.

Voice-Entered Transactions

Hold the microphone button and say "I gave Oğuz Ege GOLD 12 grams, 22 karat" — that's enough; the form fills in with the account, grams, and karat. By default, audio is processed on your device and never recorded; if you turn on cloud recognition, it goes to Apple's or Google's dictation service — never to GoldMath's servers. Nothing reaches the ledger by itself; you approve the entry yourself.

Even when your hands are full at the counter, a record is completed in a single sentence.

A Notification Arrives, the Form Opens Pre-Filled

Loss thresholds, overdue receivables, large transactions, and workshop movements all trigger instant notifications. When you link your account to another GoldMath business, you're notified every time the other side enters a transaction; tap the notification and the transaction form opens ready, complete with the gram amount and karat.

Two ledgers side by side: reconciling with the other party is done without comparing statements.

Customer Scorecard

Every account is scored on gold volume, transaction frequency, labor, and recency, and placed into a Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum tier. You set the tier thresholds to fit your business.

Your most valuable and most loyal customers stand out at a glance.

And much more

  • Risky Customer Score

See which customers are slow to return your fine gold before it becomes a problem. How long the balance has stayed open, the grams past due and the customer's payment habits turn into a 0–100 score every night. Risky and critical accounts are stamped in the list, and you're notified when a customer moves into the risky or critical level.

  • Company Balance Sheet

Physical gold and cash, receivables, payables, gold at the workshop, and accrued labor — all on one screen; your net position appears in both grams and TRY.

  • Visits & Notes

When you stop by a customer, log "Visited" with a single tap and leave a dated note on their account. Apple Watch shows the days since your last visit and takes a voice note. The last visit date and your notes are always at your fingertips.

    • Mobile
  • Read Grams Straight From the Scale

Weight comes straight from a scale connected to your computer into the transaction line; no need to type it by hand, and reading errors are eliminated.

    • Desktop
  • Detailed Transaction Search

Filter by transaction type, account, date, and karat (millesimal) range together; "the 14-karat gold given to Mehmet last month" turns up in seconds.

  • Jeweler's Calculators

Melting, alloy mixing, gold value, and karat conversion tools all tie into the live rate. The fine gold and alloy ratio in the crucible are calculated instantly.

  • Multi-Currency & Live Rates

Fourteen currencies are each kept in their own vault, in their original denomination; you choose your base currency. Fine gold, 22-karat, 14-karat, gram gold, ounce, USD, EUR, and silver rates all come in live; your own buy-sell spread is applied and carries into the transaction with a single tap. The interface is available in Turkish, English, and Azerbaijani.

  • Traceable Audit Log

Every transaction, workshop movement, and system event is written into a chain where each entry carries the seal of the one before it (HMAC-SHA-256). If a record is deleted or changed by mistake, the original stays in the audit log — a correction opens a new record instead of erasing the old one. Who signed in and when is logged too.

  • Profit / Loss Report

Profit and loss for your chosen period appear separately in gold and cash. Labor income is shown separately from sales profit; expenses and workshop loss each get their own line.

  • Roles, PIN, and Two-Factor Authentication

The owner sees everything; a craftsman sees only their own workshop; a read-only Viewer role exists for partners. Branches keep their own ledgers, and headquarters can view them all. Balances sit behind a four-digit PIN. Sign-in is protected by face/fingerprint recognition and two-factor authentication; changing your password closes every open session.

  • Offline Kasa Edition

The desktop Kasa edition runs on your shop's own network, without internet; your data stays on your own computer. The workshop computer, tablet, and phone find the vault computer on the network automatically; no IP or network setup required. The cloud edition requires an internet connection.

  • Print & Share Receipts

Transaction, account balance, and workshop receipts print at 58/80 mm on a network, USB, serial, or Bluetooth thermal printer; if you like, send the receipt to your customer instantly as an image through WhatsApp.

  • Home Screen Summary

The picture of your day at a glance on launch: gold and cash balance cards, a loss-warning banner for workshops over threshold, recent transactions, and the weekly status of your workshops, all on one screen.

  • 27 Transaction Types, Fast Entry

Ready-made types for buying/selling gold, scrap, returns, cash, foreign currency, conversions, and spot trading. A three-step wizard with fields that adapt to the transaction, fast bulk entry that takes many line items row by row on a single screen, and the ability to correct, reverse, or duplicate a transaction as a similar type.

  • Double-Entry Ledger

Every transaction posts as a debit/credit journal entry into a chart of accounts built for jewelers; the general ledger and account balance update instantly. Accrual or cash mode; opening balances are entered in gold, TRY, USD, and EUR.

  • Account Statements & Receipts

Eight account types; balances in grams, TRY, USD, and EUR, with receivable/payable direction. Statements and balance receipts export as PDF and send over WhatsApp; you're warned when a receivable crosses your follow-up threshold. Search, sort, and archive.

  • Staff & Payroll

Staff records, salaries paid in fine gold equivalent, advances and deductions; a weekly payroll reminder and advance receipts.

  • Branch Management

Multiple branches under a single license; each branch keeps its own ledger, and headquarters views them all, read-only, in a single panel. Capital transfers and profit transfers between headquarters and a branch are tracked separately.

Where's your data, who sees it, and what can change?

Your records deserve the same protection as the gold in your vault. That's why we don't just say "secure" and leave it there — we spell out exactly how we secure it: every item below is a concrete safeguard the program applies today.

  • You choose where your data lives

In the offline edition, your records never leave your computer; no internet connection is required. In the cloud edition, data is kept under your own account and opened only by your users. The GoldMath team has no authority to view your records.

  • Encrypted in transit, in the cloud

Every request between your device and our server is encrypted with HTTPS; unencrypted connections are not accepted. Your data is backed up on a regular, encrypted basis and stored separately from the server.

  • Deleted or changed records stay traceable

If a record is deleted or corrected by mistake, the original doesn't disappear — it stays in the audit log. A correction never erases the old record; it adds a new line next to it.

  • You decide who sees what

A craftsman sees only their own workshop; a read-only Viewer role is available for your partner. Your branches keep their own ledgers, visible from headquarters for monitoring only. A departing employee's access is shut off with a single tap.

  • Only you can sign in to your account

Strong passwords, two-factor authentication, face or fingerprint recognition. Sign-in locks after five failed attempts; changing your password closes every session.

  • The microphone is for voice commands only

Microphone access is used only for voice transaction entry; it's active only while you hold the button down. By default, audio is processed on your device and never recorded; if you turn on cloud recognition, it goes to Apple's or Google's dictation service — never to GoldMath's servers. You approve the entry yourself before it reaches the ledger.

  • When you need support, our support team works without access to your data

They help through screen sharing or the information you provide, with no authority to open your records. This written commitment appears in the Privacy Policy.

  • Sign in with Google is optional

GoldMath only receives your first name, last name, and email address, never accesses your Google password, and never shares or sells this information with third parties. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

07/08Frequently Asked Questions

Questions on your mind.

You can find answers to our most frequently asked questions below. For anything not covered here, feel free to reach out. Our written commitments appear on the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages.

Data & Security

  • In the offline Kasa edition, your data stays on your own computer; it never reaches us, and no internet connection is required. In the cloud edition, data is kept on our server, the connection is encrypted, and an encrypted backup is taken every night. You decide which edition to use.

  • No. In the offline edition, data never leaves your computer. In the cloud edition, your records (accounts, transactions, vault, balances) are opened only by your own users; the GoldMath team has no authority to view them, and cannot. Our admin panel sees only your account's name and plan. Support is handled through screen sharing or information you provide us. Our written commitment is stated in the Privacy Policy.

  • No. A craftsman sign-in sees only their own workshop and tools; the vault, accounts, and reports don't appear in the menu. Balances also sit behind a four-digit PIN and aren't shown on screen until it's entered.

  • Yes. If a record is deleted or corrected by mistake, the original doesn't disappear — it stays traceable in the audit log. There is no erasure: a correction doesn't delete the old record, it adds a new line next to it. Account events such as sign-ins and password changes are logged as well.

  • You can't open the program without a password, and balances require a PIN. In the offline edition, your real safeguard is your backup: if you keep an encrypted backup file somewhere else, you can pick up right where you left off on a new computer within minutes. In the cloud edition, everything is already on the server; you just sign in from the new device.

  • The app requires face recognition, a fingerprint, or a password. The moment you change your password from a computer, every open session closes, including the one on that phone. If you've turned on two-factor authentication, signing in isn't possible even if your password is compromised.

  • After five failed attempts, the account is temporarily locked. Passwords are stored irreversibly; no one — including our own staff — can read them. If two-factor authentication is on, sign-in is not possible without the code on your phone.

  • No. The microphone is only active while you hold the button down. By default, audio is processed on your device and never recorded; if you turn on cloud recognition, it goes to Apple's or Google's dictation service — never to GoldMath's servers. The sentence you say fills in the form; you still have to press "Save" yourself for it to reach the ledger.

  • A branch sees only its own ledger. Headquarters can view a branch's records but cannot change them; a transaction can only be entered into a branch by that branch's own user. Each business's data is kept separate from the others.

  • GoldMath is not an official accounting program; the records are your own business ledger and are not shared with anyone. Receipts and statements carry the notice "Has No Financial Value, For Informational Purposes Only."

  • Only from the official Download section on this site, or through the App Store / Google Play. Do not install GoldMath from a link sent to you by email, SMS, or social media; we never share installation links through those channels. If you receive a message like that, do not open it, and report it to us.

Usage

  • The desktop Kasa edition, yes: it runs entirely offline, your data stays on your own computer, and your business doesn't stop even if the internet goes down. The cloud edition requires an internet connection; in exchange, you can reach your data from anywhere. You decide which one suits your business.

  • Every screen is designed in the jeweler's own language: gram, karat, fineness, labor. Setup includes a step-by-step guide; you can even enter your first transaction just by speaking it to your phone. We provide setup and initial training ourselves.

  • You delete the transaction you entered by mistake and enter the correct one again. A deleted record does not disappear from the database entirely; it is kept in the audit log, so the history always stays traceable. If you deleted a transaction by accident, you can restore it with a single tap from Settings → Audit Log in the Kasa app.

  • You enter your opening balances per account; the program takes it from there. If you need a bulk import, contact our support team and we'll plan the migration together.

  • Live gold and currency rates are pulled from a market source in real time; you set your own buy-sell spread. The rate is for information only: the figure written into the transaction is the one you approve.

  • In offline Kasa: the vault computer is the hub — the computer in your workshop and the tablet at the counter find and connect to it automatically on the same network, no IP address or network setup required; you connect from your phone the same way. In the cloud edition, there's no requirement to be on the same network: every device signs in directly over the internet with your own account. In both modes, the number of devices depends on the plan you choose.

  • Yes. You print 58/80 mm receipts on a network, USB, serial, or Bluetooth thermal printer. You can send the receipt to your customer instantly as an image through WhatsApp or any other app.

  • Yes. Electronic scales connected via USB or serial (RS232) are supported. Once the piece you place on the scale settles, the weight is written into the transaction line automatically; you never have to type it in by hand.

Setup & Pricing

  • No. The trial starts through the cloud edition. No card required · no contract · cancel anytime.

  • In the cloud edition, you open an account and start trying it out within minutes. On desktop, you download and install the app; a step-by-step guide walks you through to your first transaction.

  • Yes. You can download your data as an encrypted backup file whenever you like; statements and reports export as PDF and Excel. When you delete your account, your data is deleted along with it.
